Monday moodboard | Coral charm

Posted by Hannah.

We see so many wonderful colours at the flower markets but there’s one that always manages to catch our bleary-eyed attention however early it is. Delightful, delicious coral. Chicer than orange, less girly than pink, coral is a versatile colour that looks stunning at summer weddings when Coral Charm Peonies and eye-popping Dahlias are out in all their glory. But there’s options at other times of the year too, with cute-as-a-button Ranunculus and salmony Amaryllis.

Coral and navy is a colour match made in heaven, so we’d kit the boys in slim fit midnight blue suits with sharp white shirts, and girls in flirty netted dresses in inky blue. We’d head to J Crew for our own frock and opt for this whimsical beauty with a tulle ball gown skirt. We would decorate the barn venue with crisp white bunting (coming soon to our prop hire shop) and pretty blush balloons, and display flowers in vintage bottles and jars for a natural, relaxed look. Simple, fresh and gorgeous.

Monday moodboard: winter wonderland

We love winter weddings. There’s so much opportunity for Narnia-inspired styling, with chic snow white accessories and touches of forest green. And to ward off the cold, we’d serve hot mulled cider and mini croque monsieur, and fill the venue with hundreds of twinkling tea lights to create a beautifully cosy atmosphere.
